Charles is a chartered accountant with 20 years experience in the oil service industry, half of which has been in the marine and subsea sectors. He has held CFO positions within private and listed groups including Orwell, OIL, P&O, C-Mar and Bibby Offshore.

Jeff Mountain
Marine Director

Jeff has 30 years experience in the offshore marine construction industry initially with Chevron, Marathon and Conoco. He has been a board member of several marine service companies and was the founder of ETPM in 2007.

John is a chartered engineer and project manager with over 30 years experience in the marine and offshore industry. He is principally concerned with newbuild / conversions and offshore EPIC project management.

Christine Wain (Assoc CIPD)
Marine Project Manager

Christine has 18 years Marine-related experience, primarily with major ship owners, managing the operational, crewing and chartering of Company vessels in the North Sea. Latterly Christine has worked with an Aberdeen- based Shipbroker, dealing with major charterers as well as worldwide ship owners. She also remotely managed their Ghana office. Christine also has a strong HR background.

Julia MacLeod
Executive Search Director

Julia has over 25 years’ experience in Executive Search and Recruitment and has delivered assignments at Board, Senior Management and Team Lead levels. She started her career in London working for several of the top international executive search firms. Moving to Aberdeen 19 years ago she has gained specific experience in Energy Sector handling search for clients both locally and internationally.
